We’re dedicated to providing placements that achieve the very best outcomes for children. That’s why we work closely with a range of partners to help continually evolve and improve our services.
As well as local authority partners across England and Scotland, we also work closely with Ofsted, The Fostering Network, the Nationwide Association of Fostering Providers, the BAAF and The Care Commission.
Value. Quality. Choice. Communication. This is what we offer local authorities.
We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality care – and standards of safeguarding. At the same time, we’re aware of the increasing cost pressures on local authorities. As a group of leading independent agencies, we can work together to cut costs through operational scale and efficiencies.
We’re very proud of our team of dedicated and highly-trained carers. And we’re working all the time to recruit and develop more people, who match your specific needs in terms of skills and geography. Our Specialist Placements and Referrals Team respond promptly to any placement requests and make available any appropriate documentation necessary to assist the local authority in making an informed decision regarding a placement.
Our rigorous assessment, training and support networks means we have robust, resilient carers with the skills to cope with challenging behaviours. Many of our foster carers have been with us for years and come from all kinds of backgrounds, cultures and ethnic groups, but what they share is a commitment to offering a highest standards of care to vulnerable children and young people.
Last but not least, we make sure you’re kept informed at all times. We don’t just contact you in times of crisis. All our local authority partners are kept right up to date with the progress of the children and young people in our care.
